Hello and welcome to the Traffic Violator School Monitoring (TVSM) Program’s home page. This website has recently undergone some optimization changes to better serve you by providing information for traffic violators, as well as information for traffic violator school owners/operators , and information for home study traffic school providers.
The Traffic Violator School Monitoring Program was created on April 15, 1997, when the Board of Supervisors approved the Three Party Agreement between the County of Los Angeles, the Community Development Commission/Housing Authority, and the Los Angeles Superior Court. This Agreement authorized the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles to administer the Traffic Violator School Monitoring Program in accordance with California Vehicle Code Section 11205.

There, you will find general information regarding TVSM, information for traffic violators, traffic violator schools, and information on home study traffic schools.
In addition, we have several documents available for viewing/download, including the Traffic Violator School Classroom Location List for the County of Los Angeles and a TVSM Information Pamphlet.
